    Defective or unwanted items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.

    After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for unwanted items.

    Please note that personalized items are non-returnable.

    Personalized items include:

    - Any products with engraving

    - Phone cases

    - Earbud / AirPods cases

    - Watch straps

    - Products with custom modifications

    - Custom-made items created at the customer’s request


 

ORDER PROCESSING

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 10-14 business days, but the period could increase up to 25 business days due to large number of orders.

But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which is not included weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.

      Note that shipping to EU, India, Switzerland, Great Britain and Ireland, Morocco, Mexico, Brazil can be also a subject of custom taxes based on your local laws.
