ORDER PROCESSING

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 7-12 business days, but the period could increase up to 21 business days due to large number of orders.

But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which is not included weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.

      Note that shipping to EU, India, Switzerland, Great Britain and Ireland, Morocco, Mexico, Brazil can be also a subject of custom taxes based on your local laws.
